- Do my customers need to install anything?
- No. It runs inside WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and the chat on your own website. Your customer books in the app they already had open, with no link to follow and no account to create.
- Who owns the customer?
- You do. The conversation happens on your business number, the deposit is paid into your own Stripe account, and the customer stays in your list. There is no marketplace in between taking a commission.
- How does it stop double bookings?
- A slot is held the instant a customer picks it, and the database physically refuses a second booking for the same slot and chair. If the deposit is not paid before the hold expires, the slot is released automatically.
- What happens when it does not know the answer?
- It says so and hands the conversation to you. It can only answer from what you have told it about your business, so it will refuse a question rather than invent an answer that a customer would hold you to.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on what you need. Setting up a two-chair barber and a clinic across three sites are different pieces of work, and a figure before we know which one you are would be a number you could hold us to and we could not. The intro call is twenty minutes, it is free, and you leave it with a straight answer.
- Where is my data kept?
- In EU infrastructure. On a dedicated build it is your own cloud project and your own database, so your customer list never sits inside a shared platform with everybody else's.
- What languages does it work in?
- It answers in the language your customer writes in. The booking steps themselves are in English today, so a Swedish customer gets Swedish answers and English booking prompts. Making the whole flow multilingual is work we can do, not something that is already there.
- How long does setup take?
- The website chat is usually live within a week, because nothing about it depends on anyone else. WhatsApp is the exception: Meta has to verify your business account and they decide how long that takes, not us. So we ship the web channel first and WhatsApp when Meta lets us.
- Has it ever got something wrong?
- Yes, once, in production. A customer asked about beard trims and got the answer about deposits, because the right passage ranked below a wrong one at the similarity threshold we were running. We caught it, raised the threshold, added the missing entry, and wrote the whole incident up. That experience is part of what you are buying.
